Smart Planning for your Family and Ministry
May 14 @ 9:45 AM
Mark your calendar for the Smart Planning for you Family and Ministry presentation on Sunday, May 14 at 9:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall.
Dr. Lizbeth Johnson, the synod gift planner with Lutheran Foundation of the Southwest, will be here to share with us on end-of-life estate planning.
At the end-of-life, smart planning can maximize any remaining funds for your family, your congregation, and/or other Lutheran ministry in tax-advantaged ways. Consider it a “Mother’s Day” gift to know if you are fully prepared with plans.
In addition to the session, she can provide private consultation with individuals and families, to create “blueprints” that achieve your goals based on what you would like to accomplish for family and ministry at no cost or obligation.
All of us have the opportunity to control our assets during life, and it is possible to convey our values at the end-of-life through a well-thought out plan. She will provide examples of what is possible when considering both family and charitable intent in your plans.
