Learning Groups

As Lutherans, we believe that God speaks to us through the Bible AND that God is present as we share in conversation with one another rooted in what we hear in the Bible.  Life long learning is a spiritual discipline and a core value at Faith. Our driving belief is that faith is passed on in the home and that our Sunday morning time is about equipping parents to share faith with their young people. We offer a variety of Learning Groups for all ages on Sunday mornings at 10:15 AM.

Learning more about God and the Bible is not about having the right answers. We believe that questions draw us closer to the truth. In asking those questions together, in the context of authentic community, we believe we strengthen our faith for the challenges of life.

Learning Groups are a place for children, youth, and adults to hear the Bible story and to be reminded of their baptismal identity. It is a place for us to sense our belonging as God’s children and to grow in the knowledge of God’s love. It is a place where we use and discover our gifts as we learn how to be Christian disciples. Below is a list of classes (by age) and locations. For class details and descriptions, click the individual class links.
